Por ello, el hallazgo del índice de resiliencia para este trabajo, se realizó a partir del cociente de la función de desempeño del sistema en dos tiempos, los cuales estarán definidos por la ocurrencia de un evento abrupto: instante antes y después del mismo, y se sustenta en el análisis de cuatro parámetros fundamentales, tenido en cuenta dentro del concepto de resiliencia en la Ingeniería Civil como robustez, redundancia, capacidad de gestión y recuperación.To estimate the resilience index of a system, a qualitative-quantitative methodology is required, which allows covering a large part of the characteristics that affect its resilience.
