Rodriguez Montaña, Nelson EduardoQuitian Gomez, Diego Felipe2025-09-242025-09-242025-06-06http://hdl.handle.net/11349/99227El teletrabajo se ha impulsado como una modalidad laboral en crecimiento, impulsada por la transformación digital y el crecimiento de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC), esta monografía analiza el impacto que tiene el teletrabajo apoyado por las TIC en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST) en los teletrabajadores de Bogotá Colombia, durante el periodo del 2020 al 2024, acorde a los delimitantes investigados. Por medio de un enfoque mixto, se recompiló información a través de encuestas aplicadas a teletrabajadores, el análisis de estudios previos y la normatividad vigente. Los resultados pusieron en evidencia que, si bien las TIC han optimizado la productividad y flexibilidad laboral, existen riesgos que afectan a la salud y el bienestar de los trabajadores, siendo evidenciados como principales los riesgos ergonómicos y los riesgos psicosociales. Además, se identificó una incorrecta ejecución por parte de las empresas colombianas de las directrices o las normativas de la SST, resaltando la necesidad de fortalecer medidas de ejecución y comunicación del SG-SST para garantizar condiciones laborales efectivas en los teletrabajadores.Teleworking has emerged as a growing labor modality, driven by digital transformation and the expansion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This monograph analyzes the impact of teleworking supported by ICT on occupational health and safety (OHS) among teleworkers in Bogotá, Colombia, during the period from 2020 to 2024, according to the established research parameters. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through surveys conducted with teleworkers, the analysis of previous studies, and the review of current regulations. The results revealed that, while ICT has optimized productivity and work flexibility, there are risks that negatively affect workers' health and well-being, with ergonomic and psychosocial risks being the most prominent.
