En medio de estos saberes se encontrarán diferentes nociones que reforzarán los laboratorios como espacios de construcción de conocimiento. Algunas de estas nociones son: aprendizaje, arte, migración, emociones, comida, cultura e identidad.The purpose of this research is to reflect on the relationship between a writing laboratory and a culinary one; Through these connections, we seek to generate strategies to develop the processes of saying beyond orality, where the sensations produced by the act of cooking spill over into writing. In the midst of this knowledge, different notions will be found that will reinforce laboratories as spaces for the construction of knowledge.
