En esta fase, se construyó una base de conocimiento sólida a partir de la revisión del estado del arte de artículos científicos, libros, tesis y cartillas de empresariales que reúne factores que desarrollan problemáticas en las pequeñas y medianas empresas en la gestión de su recurso humano, además de reunir un conjunto de alternativas de solución y mitigación de éstos problemas a partir del conocimiento especializado de expertos de diferentes países del mundo. En el mismo sentido, se planteó una lista de 21 enfermedades que responden a una serie de síntomas propios de éstas unidades económicas, y que son la base del diagnóstico. Finalmente, a partir de árboles de representación del conocimiento el diseño de reglas, fue posible estructurar el prototipo de sistema experto y los cuestionario de indagación utilizados para la recolección de información del usuario.The present work is the result of the research work developed in the Research Group "Expert Systems and Simulation (ESS)", and is the development of the first phase of the Research Project "Expert System for the diagnosis of SMEs". In this phase, a solid knowledge base was built based on a review of the state of the art of scientific articles, books, theses and business cards, which brings together the factors that develop problems in small and medium-sized companies in the management of their human resources In addition to gathering a set of alternatives for solution and mitigation of this problems from the specialized knowledge of experts from different countries of the world. In the same sense, a list of 21 diseases is presented which respond to a series of symptoms typical of these economic units, and which are the basis of the diagnosis.
