El objetivo principal es desentrañar las interpretaciones y perspectivas individuales de los protagonistas involucrados en procesos de paz, directamente con las personas que fueron firmantes del proceso de paz de 2016, específicamente en lo que respecta a la justicia transicional. La investigación se apoya en una metodología que combina análisis cualitativo de las narrativas de los firmantes de paz y la entrevista en profundidad. Se aborda el análisis de conceptos clave dentro del SIVJRNR y se explora cómo estos conceptos se manifiestan en las historias personales de los firmantes. Este estudio contribuye al entendimiento integral de la implementación de la justicia en procesos de paz, destacando la importancia de considerar las voces individuales en la construcción de sistemas de verdad y reconciliación. Además, proporciona una base valiosa para investigaciones futuras en el ámbito de la justicia transicional y la educación para la paz ambos pensados aquí como un binomio indisoluble si se quiere el logro de la paz estable y duradera en Colombia.This master's thesis dives into the analysis of the narratives of peace signatories, focusing on their perceptions and experiences in relation to justice in the framework of the Comprehensive System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition (SIVJRNR). The main objective is to unravel the individual interpretations and perspectives of the protagonists involved in peace processes, specifically with regard to transitional justice. The research is based on a methodology that combines qualitative analysis of the narratives of peace signatories, in-depth interviews and documentary review. It addresses the analysis of key concepts within the SIVJRNR and explores how these concepts are manifested in the signatories' personal stories. This study contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of justice in peace processes, highlighting the importance of considering individual voices in the construction of truth and reconciliation systems.
