Por lo tanto se realizaron diferentes actividades de revisión y análisis para la Auditoría de Desempeño 83 PAD 2021, efectuada en el cuarto trimestre del 2021 y en la cuál se evaluó la gestión en la determinación, cálculo y liquidación de la participación del efecto plusvalía para la UPZ 16 Santa Bárbara y UPZ 38 Restrepo. Así mismo, se apoyó a la entidad, durante la Auditoría de Regularidad 72 PAD 2022 efectuada en el primer trimestre del 2022, en esta se evaluó la gestión fiscal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Catastro Distrital – UAECD, realizada durante la vigencia 2021. Cabe mencionar que para la realización de las actividades de vigilancia y control fiscal, se estuvo acogido tanto a la normatividad de orden nacional y distrital, como a la normatividad interna de la Contraloría de Bogotá.This project provided support with a cadastral legal approach for the Office of the Comptroller of Bogota, so activities were developed to support the Fiscal Control exercised by this entity.
