La línea Estado, Democracia y Justicia del IPAZUD es una de las áreas investigativas fuertemente comprometida con la generación de justicia social a partir de la producción de conocimiento en los ámbitos de discusión pública que implican el relacionamiento entre el Estado y los ciudadanos. Debido a este fuerte compromiso político y social, durante el segundo periodo del 2022 en esta línea se identificó la necesidad de dar cuenta de las formas en que el Estado hace presencia en términos de salud dentro de las localidades de Usme y Kennedy a través de las entidades locales de salud pública y de cómo la ciudadana percibe el funcionamiento de estas entidades al revocar sus experiencias, ideas y sentimientos. De acuerdo con esta necesidad, se gestó el proceso de micro investigación titulado “Percepciones frente al funcionamiento de la entidades de salud pública de Kennedy y Usme”, el cual se convirtió en el núcleo del proceso de pasantía que partir de la recolección, análisis y sistematización de percepciones ciudadanas y de funcionarios frente al funcionamiento de las entidades locales de salud pública, buscó generar aportes al mejoramiento continuo de las prácticas de salud en las localidades estudiadas.The Institute for Peace Pedagogy and Urban Conflict IPAZUD is one of the organizations of the District University in charge of the development of extension functions, research and teaching, which has various lines of research from which they develop research and intervention projects.
