Se estableció que la tercerización en el proceso de confección constituye el factor determinante del desabastecimiento; por ello se propone la implementación de una planta de confección que supla las necesidades de producción en los tiempos, cantidades y calidad requeridos. Fue necesario realizar un análisis de, tiempos y costos de fabricación, demanda, capital y maquinaria a utilizar para llevar a cabo la ejecución del proyecto, además de identificar los principales procesos para confeccionar las prendas mediante diagramas de flujo y asignación de cargas de trabajo.In the present work it is identified, how the supply chain of the Genexis Jeans company is constituted, in order to postulate solutions to the problem of the shortage of the point of sale and to minimize the reprocessing. It was established that outsourcing in the manufacturing process constitutes the determining factor of shortage; For this reason, it is proposed to implement a manufacturing plant that meets the production needs in the times, quantities and quality required.
