En la primera parte se presenta la identificación de la necesidad, se describe y plantea el problema, los objetivos del proyecto, los cuales están orientados al desarrollo del portal web que facilite a la empresa GLOBAL SAS el ofrecimiento de sus servicios, de forma masiva. Seguido a esto, se presenta la planeación en donde se contemplan aspectos como el alcance del proyecto, su impacto, su factibilidad y la metodología a utilizar que, para el caso, es una metodología Agil. A partir de lo anterior, se establecen los requerimientos del cliente, con el fin de orientar el proyecto para que cubra de forma eficaz, las necesidades de este. Luego se evidencia el diseño de la solución, es decir, del portal web y, finalmente, el documento presenta la implementación y pruebas del proyecto terminado.This document contains the report on the development and implementation of a web portal for the company GLOBAL S.A.S., in order to obtain a means of mass dissemination of the portfolio of services that the company has. In the first part, the identification of the need is presented, the problem and the objectives of the project are described and stated, which are oriented to the development of the web portal that facilitates the company GLOBAL SAS in offering its services, on a massive scale. Following this, the planning is presented where aspects such as the scope of the project, its impact, its feasibility and the methodology to be used are considered, which, in this case, is an Agile methodology. Based on the above, the client's requirements are established, in order to guide the project so that it effectively covers its needs.
