Dentro de este estudio se encuentran diferentes análisis de resultados de los valores de metro cuadrado de terreno obtenidos a partir del procedimiento realizado de acuerdo a la metodología de elaboración de las Zonas Homogéneas Geoeconómicas establecida por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Catastro Distrital con el fin de brindar a diferentes usuarios una base de datos confiable de los valores actuales de metro cuadrado de terreno de la Localidad de Suba para futuras consultas y estudios.The elaboration of the Geoeconomic Homogeneous Zones in the Suba Locality is due to the studies carried out by the GIGA research group of the Cadastral and Geodesy Engineering faculty with the purpose of comparing in time the change in the land value in Bogotá, for the case in the town of Suba in the project of the Territorial Observatory of the OTUD District University.
