H. Clifford y G. B. Preston en [1]. En el primer capÍtulo se encuentran conceptos básicos y de vital importancia para el desarrollo de la teoría de semigrupos como los son las relaciones de Green y la definición de ideal. El segundo capÍtulo hace el tratamiento sobre una clase muy particular de semigrupos, a saber, los semigrupos 0-simples y completamente 0-simples. Por último, está el tercer capítulo que aprovechándose la teoría anteriormente expuesta hace la reconstrucción del teorema de Rees.The following document is structured in three chapters in which definitions and theorems are included to reconstruct the Rees theorem demonstration, that is addressed by A. H. Clifford y G. B. Preston in [1]. In the first chapter basic concepts have been included, being vital for the semigroup theory development such as Green relationships and the ideal definition. The second chapter addresses a particular type of semigroup, which are the 0-simple semigroups and the completely 0-simple.
