También se menciona que dichas sentencias serán válidas todo el tiempo de revolución política en los territorios sujetos a la denominación española en caso de que lleguen a ejecutarse. Finalmente se menciona que las causas que se hallen pendientes y aquellas que no hayan sido ejecutadas definitivamente en las audiencias o algún otro juzgado o tribunal, se continuaran en los juzgados de primera instancia, o en las cortes de justicia de acuerdo a la legislación que aplique a cada una.
