Por ello en este trabajo se aplica la metodología de la técnica SMED en la empresa CODITEQ S.A, en la máquina Nilpeter 2 en la cuál se realizan los trabajos de impresión más robustos y complejos, se determinan las actividades que componen el set up de cada referencia, se categorizan entre externas e internas, se optimizan algunas actividades internas y se reestructura el procedimiento permitiendo así un aumento significativo en la eficiencia de la máquina.The use of the tools offered by the Lean Manufacturing model allows to adequately manage the resources of any environment in which it is implemented.
