El estudio buscó una comprensión de las ideas de los profesores de biología de educación secundaria sobre la interacción entre ciencia y religión y su relación con la enseñanza de la evolución. Para esto, se realizó un estudio de casos en el que participaron cuatro docentes. La investigación fue motivada en la importancia que para la biología representa la evolución y en lo problemática que resulta su enseñanza, algo que está estrechamente vinculado con la relación más general entre ciencia y religión.This research deals with the relations between science, religion and evolution teaching. The study sought an understanding of the ideas of secondary biology teachers about the interaction between science and religion and its relation with the teaching of evolution. For this, a case study was carried out with four teachers participated.
