Giraldo Quintero, GustavoFranco Díaz, Angie Sofia2024-10-312024-10-312024-08-05http://hdl.handle.net/11349/42681Este trabajo es realizado con el objetivo de determinar las interacciones ecológicas existentes entre aves y plantas que habitan las zonas de reserva de los cerros orientales aledaños a la ciudad de Bogotá, por medio del método de redes de interacción ya que, con éste, podemos hacer análisis sobre cómo están estructuradas las redes de interacciones y así mismo qué rol están jugando las especies en el ecosistema. También identificar diferentes patrones de comportamientos de especies claves para la estabilidad de las redes de interacción. Lo anterior, a partir de observación y monitoreo de aves, e identificación de plantas asociadas a actividades de percha, alimentación, comportamiento agonístico y anidamiento de las aves de la reserva. Se realizaron muestreos durante 3 meses del año, en los cuales se realizaron visitas dos veces por semana en las diferentes zonas de muestreo, donde se dispusieron tres puntos de observación distribuidos a 50 metros uno del otro. Para el análisis de resultados se utilizaron los programas de R estudio con los paquetes de Bipartite, Network y Vegan, utilizados para graficar redes de interacción y el programa PAST para calcular los índices de diversidad y curvas de rarefacción. Con esta información se pudieron hacer varios análisis sobre la estructura de la red de interacción donde se evidenciaron varios patrones como el anidamiento, modularidad, la simetría y la baja conectancia. Además de identificarla como una red robusta ante las diferentes perturbaciones que puedan afectar el ecosistema, así como, encontrar especies claves como el Colibri coruscans, Diglossa humeralis, Colibri cyanotus y Diglossa lafresnayii las cuales son imprescindibles para la permanecía y mantenimiento de toda la comunidad de aves y plantas de la reserva.This work is carried out to determine the existing ecological interactions between birds and plants that inhabit the reserve areas of the eastern hills adjacent to the city of Bogotá, through the method of interaction networks since, with this, we can make an analysis of how the networks of interactions are structured and also what role the species are playing in the ecosystem. It also identifies different patterns of behavior of key species for the stability of interaction networks. The above, from observation and monitoring of birds and identification of plants associated with perching, feeding, agonistic behavior, and nesting activities of the birds of the reserve. Sampling was carried out during 3 months of the year, in which visits were made twice a week in the different sampling areas, where three observation points were distributed 50 meters from each other. For the analysis of results, the R study programs were used with the Bipartite, Network, and Vegan packages, used to graph interaction networks, and the PAST program to calculate the diversity indices and rarefaction curves. With this information, several analyses could be made on the structure of the interaction network where several patterns, such as nesting, modularity, symmetry, and low connectedness were evidenced.
