Al realizar una reflexión y lectura crítica de contexto, se identificaron elementos que deben ser intervenidos para cualificar y potenciar los procesos de gestión ambiental.The present degree work arises in the training framework of the Specialization in Education and Environmental Management of the District University Francisco José de Caldas, whose interest is to analyze the local environmental contexts, in this case in Bogotá, and was oriented to study the component of heritage present in the management instruments at the local level, highlighting that these are a fundamental reference of public policies, which include the perspective of the environmental dimension and management.
