Las actividades se enfocaron en fortalecer el Sistema de Gestión Integral mediante la verificación del cumplimiento normativo, la implementación del Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial, el ajuste de documentación técnica y el desarrollo de estrategias de formación y sensibilización para los colaboradores. Estos esfuerzos permitieron avances significativos en la sistematización de la información, la mejora de la gestión documental y el fortalecimiento del compromiso institucional con el bienestar laboral y ambiental. Este trabajo constituye un aporte técnico y formativo valioso para auditorías, planes de mejora continua y el sostenimiento de sistemas integrados de gestión en organizaciones del sector servicios.This documents the development of an academic internship carried out at BSI Colombia S.A. during 2025, aimed at supporting the management of the HSEQ area (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality). The activities focused on strengthening the Integrated Management System through regulatory compliance verification, implementation of the Strategic Road Safety Plan, adjustment of technical documentation, and development of training and awareness strategies for employees. These efforts led to significant progress in information systematization, improved document management, and the strengthening of the company's commitment to occupational and environmental well-being.
