El IPSE, como entidad que tiene sus sedes en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C, tiene que propender por la gestión ambiental institucional que dicte la Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente de Bogotá D.C., para que garantice primordialmente el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ecoeficiencia establecidos en el Decreto 456 de 2008, entre otras acciones ambientales que contemple la entidad y aporten a la totalidad de los objetivos ambientales establecidos en el PGA.
