Esta propuesta surge de la investigación realizada en el marco de la práctica educativa de la linea Lenguaje, Creación y Comunicación en la Licenciatura en Educación Infantil de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. Cómo maestras investigadoras y desde el enfoque etnográfico, evidenciamos que las relaciones interpersonales qué entablan las infancias en los diferentes entornos en donde habitan, pueden estar permeada por violencia, discriminación por género y faltas de respeto. Por ello, tuvimos en cuenta los resultados de esta investigación para diseñar una propuesta que responda a la necesidad imperante de dotar a educadores y estudiantes de recursos que faciliten el desarrollo de competencias sociales, en donde se mejore la relación con aquellos qué le rodean, además de retornar a estas prácticas qué incentivan el respeto por el medio ambiente, el territorio y los ciudadanos qué comparten un mismo lugar. Esta creación se encuentra compuesta por dos tomos, el primero contiene ejercicios y actividades que serán de ayuda para que los niños y las niñas comprendan a qué hace referencia el término sana convivencia y cómo esta misma afecta su cotidianidad; el segundo tomo busca fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales desde el trabajo cooperativo. Finalmente, todo estos ejes fueron articulados desde el reconocimiento de la experiencia sensible, cómo una categoría transversal que recoge los elementos más importantes y los transforma en piezas estéticas que acercan al lector y les muestra un camino mucho más amable para convivir sanamente.“In self-recognition and understanding, a harmonious coexistence can flourish.” It is a didactic commitment that seeks to enhance the processes of healthy coexistence and cooperative work in boys and girls, no matter what context they find themselves in. This proposal arises from the research carried out within the framework of the educational practice of the Language, Creation and Communication line in the Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education at the Francisco José de Caldas District University. As teacher researchers and from an ethnographic approach, we show that the interpersonal relationships that children establish in the different environments where they live can be permeated by violence, gender discrimination and lack of respect. Therefore, we took into account the results of this research to design a proposal that responds to the prevailing need to provide educators and students with resources that facilitate the development of social skills, where the relationship with those around them is improved, in addition to return to these practices that encourage respect for the environment environment, the territory and the citizens who share the same place. This creation is made up of two volumes, the first contains exercises and activities that will help boys and girls understand what the term healthy coexistence refers to and how it affects their daily lives; The second volume seeks to strengthen interpersonal relationships through cooperative work.
