El documento está organizado en tres capítulos, inicia con una visión general de la Fundación AMB y la Wind Orchestra Region, destacando su papel como iniciativa gratuita que busca fortalecer el aprendizaje musical en la región. En el segundo capítulo, se describen las estrategias y métodos pedagógicos aplicados, incluyendo talleres grupales y enfoques que integran aspectos que fomentan la motivación y el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes. El tercer capítulo recoge la experiencia como docente y clarinetista en la banda, durante el periodo de febrero a octubre de 2024, donde se detallan los logros y aprendizajes del proceso. Esta pasantía no solo busca mejorar las habilidades técnicas y artísticas de cada estudiante, sino también contribuir a la calidad y cohesión de la banda, enriqueciendo así el patrimonio musical y cultural de la comunidad de Sibaté.This thesis explores an internship conducted within the Wind Orchestra Region of the AMB Musical Foundation in Sibaté, focusing on clarinet teaching and musical training for young people aged 14 to 28. Structured in three chapters, the document begins by introducing the mission of the AMB Foundation and the Wind Orchestra Region, a free initiative supporting music education in the region. The second chapter outlines the pedagogical approaches used, such as group workshops and motivational strategies, blending psychological insights to foster student engagement and growth. The third chapter presents the author’s hands-on experience as both teacher and clarinetist in the band from February to October 2024, sharing the outcomes and reflections from the process.
