Beltrán Bernal, Nestor AndrésBonilla Arias, Andrés Estiben2018-08-172018-08-172018-03-12http://hdl.handle.net/11349/13523El presente trabajo de pasantía tuvo como objetivo la proposición de mejoras con respecto al manejo de las muestras físicas del stock en el área de Portafolio, realizando inicialmente un diagnóstico que recogiera toda la información útil no solo del área a tratar, sino también de los segmentos que trabajan continuamente con portafolio para identificar los posibles factores que afectan el desarrollo diario de las actividades, principalmente relacionados con las cargas operacionales y los tiempos durante la ejecución de los proyectos. Dentro del manejo de la información se utilizaron diferentes herramientas de tipo ingenieril tales como la jerarquita analítica y las matrices de comparación internas y externas para que las fuentes de información tuvieran un soporte tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo y así brindar los mejores resultados. Una vez identificados los factores que más afectaban, se estableció el estado inicial del factor, la identificación de los problemas y las propuestas de mejora, las cuales consistieron en herramientas soportadas en sistemas que permiten realizar un análisis de información de una manera más rápida y ordenada para una mejor toma de decisiones, estando siempre alineadas con los criterios de decisión y objetivos iniciales del proyecto, adicionalmente se establecieron unos indicadores que permitirán a futuro evaluar el comportamiento y adaptabilidad de las mejoras con respecto a la máxima utilización de los recursos y el cumplimiento respecto a los tiempos de entrega de los clientes. La capacidad de una organización para responder en tiempo real a las necesidades de su diario vivir es de vital importancia a la hora de generar competitividad, reducir los errores representados en pérdida de clientes posiblemente potenciales y en integrar y fortalecer la cadena de suministro para reducir los desperdicios del Lean Manufacturing.The following final work have as main objective to purpose improvements to the management of physical samples in the Portfolio department, starting with a diagnostic who picks up all the useful information of this department and the segments that work continuously with them in order to identify the possible factors who affect the daily development of the activities, mainly related with the operational charges and time spent through the projects work. Inside the management of the information were used different engineering tools [Analytical Hierarchy Process, Internal and External Comparison Matrices], so that the sources of information have a support both qualitative and quantitative in order to bring better results. Once identified the factors with biggest impact, the project continues with the starting point of each factor, the identification of issues and the improvement proposals, who consists in tools supported in systems that allows to make a faster and organized information analysis and a better take of decisions, being always aligned with the decision criteria and the initial objectives of the project. Additionally, some KPI’s have been implemented, finding to evaluate the behavior and adaptability of the improvements according to the maximum use of resources and the fulfillment in the time to response of the customers.
