Donde se realiza la selección del agregado grueso producto de RCD, posterior a esto se lleva al laboratorio INGEYMA LTDA, donde se realizan los ensayos al agregado grueso de RCD; con los resultados obtenidos de granulometría y haciendo uso del diseño de mezcla empleado como muestra patrón, el cual fue desarrollado por el método ACI con agregado grueso de origen natural, se elaboran muestras de concreto hidráulico, sustituyendo el agregado grueso de origen natural por agregado grueso producto de la trituración de RCD en porcentajes determinados de 50%, 75% y 100%, donde se revisara la resistencia al esfuerzo de la compresión a los 7, 14 y 28 días, así mismo se realiza el análisis de la información obtenida mediante un análisis comparativo de las propiedades mecánicas teóricas de la mezcla de concreto de agregado de origen pétreo con relación a la mezcla de concreto elaborada con agregado grueso a partir del aprovechamiento de RCD, donde se establece la viabilidad económica por medio del análisis de los precios unitarios APUS, Tomando como principio la Construcción Sostenible y el aprovechamiento de los RCD producidos en Bogotá D.C.The project consists in the determination of the viability of an experimental mixture for the partial or total replacement of coarse aggregate of stone origin, from the use of construction and demolition waste (hereinafter RCD), generated in the Treatment Center, use and Disposal of Construction and Demolition Waste (RCD) of the company RECICLADOS INDUSTRIALES DE COLOMBIA SAS in the city of Bogotá D.C.
