Desconociendo, tal vez, que la diversidad en esta parte del mundo ya se presentaba desde la misma aparición de nuestras culturas aborígenes y las distintas relaciones entre éstas mismas, pasando por la llegada de los españoles con el llamado “descubrimiento de América” y todo el proceso de exploración y ocupación por parte de ellos; la caza, secuestro, esclavitud y desembarco de nativos del continente africano en territorio americano.Our general interest was to develop an investigation on the cultural diversity in our country from legal documents, since there is very interesting the summit that this concept has taken from beginnings of the decade of the 90, and especially with the promulgation of the great letter of 1991.
