Para ello, se realizó una indagación en tres grupos de población: madres de ámbito familiar, maestras de AEIOTU e investigadoras del proyecto. Se desarrollaron entrevistas semi-estructuradas y talleres creativos que permitieron el intercambio de ideas y la retroalimentación constante con los grupos objeto de estudio. Se abordó el Desarrollo Humano desde el análisis de las capacidades y la autonomía, principalmente la capacidad y las condiciones concretas de la mujer para tomar libremente las decisiones que afectan su vida. En los resultados de la investigación se reconoce el ser mujer como una construcción social ligada a la maternidad, a la lucha y a la igualdad de oportunidades. Se resalta la necesidad de crear espacios de encuentro y reconocimiento que resignifiquen la autonomía en el desarrollo humano desde la perspectiva del ser mujer.This research aims to analyze the autonomy in human development from the perspective of being a woman. For this reason, the inquiry was conducted in three samples of populations: mothers of family, AEIOTU´s teachers and researchers of this project. Semi-structured interviews and creative workshops that allowed the exchange of ideas and constant feedback with the groups under study were developed. The Human Development was approached from the analysis of the capacities and the autonomy, mainly the capacity and specific conditions of women to freely make decisions that affect their lives. In the result of research, being a woman is recognized as a social construction linked to motherhood, to fight and to equal opportunities.
