Con el fin de mejorar el desempeño y aumentar la producción, se implementa un sistema de distribución que permita un mejor desempeño al abastecer al sistema de enrollado y un controlador que permita establecer la cantidad y tamaño deseados por el cliente. Además, se desarrollará un estudio de factibilidad de la máquina, con el fin de analizar el comportamiento de esta en la producción en comparación con el anterior diseño, y por último se realizará la puesta a punto para verificar el funcionamiento y efectividad.Mainly, this project seeks to redesign the serpentine paper tape winding machine that belongs to the company ARTE DIDÁCTICA, which was presented as a degree proposal in the technology modality; this new design seeks to improve performance and increase the production already established by the machine.
