En este se explora cómo el programa, que busca fortalecer las competencias básicas y promover la educación integral, ha sido adaptado a un contexto específico marcado por la vulnerabilidad social y la carencia de recursos. La propuesta pedagógica desarrollada se centra en el concepto de “Centros de Interés” y se articula con la educación artística, la teoría del aprendizaje significativo, el constructivismo y la pedagogía de proyectos. Así mismo, evidencia cómo a través de prácticas vinculadas al territorio, se fomentan las habilidades cognitivas, socioemocionales y creativas, al tiempo que se promueve la conciencia social y el cuidado del entorno.This report presents an analysis of the internship carried out within the framework of the Tutoring Programme for Learning and Integral Education PTAFI 3.0 of the MEN, at the Educational Institution Centro de Integración Popular, Doce de Octubre in Riohacha, Guajira. It explores how the programme, which seeks to strengthen basic skills and promote comprehensive education, has been adopted in a specific context marked by social vulnerability and lack of resources. The pedagogical proposal developed focuses on the concept of ‘Centres of Interest’ and is based on Art Education, the theory of meaningful learning, constructivism and project pedagogy.
