Mojica Hernández, Martha LucíaAcevedo Ortiz, Ángela AmandaEspitia Quiroz, Laura Nataly2017-03-172017-03-172016-08-09http://hdl.handle.net/11349/5080El presente trabajo se realizó con el fin de contribuir en la consolidación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de L.S CONSTRUCCIONES, empresa contratista de mampostería y pañete, para reducir al máximo los riesgos a los que están expuestos los trabajadores teniendo en cuenta que desde el 2009, año en el que se consolido la empresa se encontraban laborando sin una base en cuanto a seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En la elaboración del SG-SST se plantearon tres fases, que constan de recolección de información primaria, diagnóstico inicial, e identificación de peligros y valoración de riesgos. Para reducir el riesgo de los peligros encontrados se realizaron 4 programas (biomecánico, mecánico, uso de herramientas y capacitación) en donde se estimula, promueve y capacita a los trabajadores para realizar de manera adecuada las tareas. Con el fin de que todo el personal actúe de manera adecuada frente a una situación de emergencia, y ante cualquier inquietud o eventualidad sigan el orden jerárquico establecido, se diseñó el plan de contingencia, y el comité paritario de seguridad y salud en el trabajo respectivamente.This work was made with the final proposal to contribute to the consolidation management system safety and health in the job of L.S CONSTRUCCIONES, masonry and plastering’s Contractor Company to reduce the risks all workers are exposed to, considering that since 2009, the year when the company was consolidated they were working without a basis for safety and health at the job. In the elaboration of SG-SST three phases were proposed, these are: the primary information collection, initial diagnosis, dangers’ identification and risk’ evaluation.
