Se realiza un análisis econométrico de series temporales para poder así calcular los rezagos en los avalúos catastrales y se hacen unas estimaciones para un periodo de tiempo 2024-2027 y se explican los resultados a partir de los impactos socioeconómicos del municipio.The research focuses on evaluating the cadastral backlog in the municipality of Ovejas, Sucre, and its impact on local socioeconomic management.
