Con el fin de lograr dicho objetivo, en primer lugar se hizo el reconocimiento de los componentes del sistema de acueducto operado por EMPUCOL E.S.P., posteriormente se identificaron los procesos de operación y mantenimiento en la captación, la PTAP y la distribución con el apoyo de los operarios, para finalmente teniendo en cuenta la normatividad legal vigente y los referentes teóricos pertinentes definir los lineamientos e instrucciones para la operación y mantenimiento del sistema de acueducto.In response to the needs of the Public Service Company of the municipality of El Colegio ‘‘ EMPUCOL E.S.P. '' of optimizing the operation and maintenance processes of the aqueduct system that sometimes are not carried out in an ideal way and can affect the quality of the service, the objective of this internship was the development of an operation and maintenance manual for the PTAP Buenos Aires.
