De acuerdo a lo anterior en el presente documento se estructura el Proyecto de Fútbol Femenino Colsubsidio que pretende mejorar los aspectos administrativos y deportivos de la actual Escuela de Formación, así mismo diseñar y crear las fuerzas básicas para representar al Club en diferentes competiciones. En consecuencia, se llevarán a cabo estrategias propias del marketing, se revisarán y adecuarán el Plan Pedagógico y Plan de Desarrollo Deportivo de la disciplina Fútbol.Women´s soccer is becoming more advantage at worldwide and national level, with greater demands on both performance and results for professional training such as the Colombian situation, for this reason is necessary to create suitable and specific training spaces for girls who wish to learn this demanding sport.
