It develops the methodology for hermeneutic narrative research (INAH) searching to unveil the meanings and senses that acquire the experiences on the concept of Good Living of children and indigenous children in urban contexts, allowing understanding and interpreting through generative narrative their concepts about their world and their contexts. Alternatives are presented based in narratives and stories of the Good Living of indigenous childhoods that make possible future actions in reference to education and peace-building.A partir de las tesis del construccionismo social se aborda la indagación sobre los procesos de construcción de identidades y subjetividades de niños y niñas pertenecientes a comunidades indígenas que viven en contextos urbanos, lo anterior a través de narrativas generadoras de paz. Se desarrolla la metodología para la investigación narrativa hermenéutica (INAH) buscando, de esta manera, develar los significados y sentidos que adquieren las experiencias sobre el concepto de Buen Vivir de niños y niñas indígenas en contextos urbanos, permitiendo comprender e interpretar a través de narrativas generativas sus conceptos sobre su mundo y sus contextos.
