Los personajes de la tragedia griega se convierten en una suerte de metáforas vivas que continúan interrogando al hombre más allá de los límites de su tiempo.This text is part of a reflection on the specifics of the ideas of tragedy and the tragic within the ongoing Colombian armed conflict. From the essential elements of Greek theater associated to the type and dimension of fatality, this paper establishes relationships between the referents of the ancient myths and their equivalents in a specific Latin American society.
