Se concluye que los discursos pedagógicos y los actos de habla, ubican al individuo a partir de su posición en la estructura social de la reproducción socio cultural, según una enmarcación y clasificación fuerte y débil, la cual es característica de unos actos de habla específicos. Se evidencia la necesidad de una investigación y reflexión de los discursos a partir de nuevas estrategias metodológicas que desde la relación entre las disciplinas y sus aportes puedan evidenciar el estado actual de la formación del individuo en la sociedad para así poder movilizar y transformar estos discursos empoderando los actos de habla en los docentes cuya clasificación y enmarcación débil permiten una movilidad y transformación social.The present research work aims to unveil the pedagogical discourse and its incidence in the formation of the subject in the university, for this the elements were analyzed essentials of pedagogical discourse in relation to the speech acts of each of them, locating the pedagogical subject from its position in the agency of the subject in education higher.
