En el desarrollo del texto, éstos se expresan en términos de su polinomio mónico, también su relación de recurrencia se escribe en términos de una fracción continua de Stieltjes y una pequeña aplicación está hecha en un software matemático para calcular el polinomio general de Pollaczek de orden n. Se presenta una síntesis teórica de los siguientes temas: productos infinitos, la función Gamma, fracción continua y otros elementos de la teoría general de los polinomios ortogonales; algunas conclusiones y, finalmente, las referencias.The general Pollaczek polynomials are a family of orthogonal polynomials with some remarkable properties.
