Ante esta necesidad, es indiscutible implementar un modelo de educación ambiental institucional desde una perspectiva sistémica, académico y administrativo –PHVA- en el campo de la comunicación-educación donde se cultive la reflexión, capacitación a través diferentes líneas de acción que integran el enfoque social, biofísico, económico y técnico para la sostenibilidad ambiental.SUMMARY Reflection and practice: Consolidation of an environmental collective subject.
