Para ello, la autora realiza un diagnóstico detallado para después generar una política y un objetivo ambiental que se ajusten a la envergadura de las labores realizadas. Finalmente, formula una serie de programas: Ahorro y uso eficiente del agua, Ahorro y uso eficiente de la energía, Gestión integral de residuos sólidos, Consumo sostenible, Control de plagas y Prácticas sostenibles; que aportan al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ecoeficiencia establecidos en el Decreto 456 de 2008 expedido por la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá, y en general de toda la normativa ambiental vigente.The following work seeks to upgrade the Institutional Environmental Management Plan so that it adapts to the present conditions of the Colombian Civil Defense and is applied as a technical line in all its offices, sections and schools nationwide. To do this, the author makes a detailed diagnosis to later generate a policy and an environmental objective that are adjusted to the scope of the work carried out.
