Para ello, se parte de la caracterización institucional y la estructura normativa, para luego aproximarse a las prácticas subjetivas de los miembros de la Institución. Se empleó una metodología mixta, mediante el análisis de fuentes documentales como el Manual de Convivencia y los observadores y fuentes testimoniales a partir de entrevistas semiestructuradas. Estos elementos permitieron caracterizar y explorar las dinámicas de convivencia presentes en la Institución, evidenciando múltiples percepciones que orientan las acciones de los sujetos y configuran un sentido singular del orden social. En conclusión, se comprendió que cada escuela, aunque regulada por una misma normatividad nacional y situada en un contexto global compartido, presenta un orden social propio, diferenciado por sus prácticas de convivencia.This research seeks to identify how the school coexistence practices of the members of IED Antonio Villavicencio transform their social order. To this end, the study begins with the institutional characterization and normative structure, and then approaches the subjective practices of the institution’s members. A mixed methodology was employed, through the analysis of documentary sources such as the Coexistence Manual and student records and testimonial sources obtained through semi-structured interviews. These elements made it possible to characterize and explore the coexistence dynamics present in the institution, revealing multiple perceptions that guide individuals’ actions and shape a unique sense of social order.
