Como parte del Proyecto Ambiental Escolar (PRAE) y con una trayectoria histórica que se remonta a 1972, la huerta escolar San Patricio ha evolucionado desde cultivos ornamentales e hidropónicos hasta convertirse en un proyecto estructurado con compostera, sistema de riego y 27 camas de cultivo, con una extensión aproximada de 210 m2; consolidándose como un eje fundamental dentro del modelo educativo del colegio San Patricio, alineada con los principios rectores de la institución orientados a la formación integral, la responsabilidad social y la sostenibilidad.This report presents the results of the historical and pedagogical systematization of the San Patricio School Garden Project, developed within the framework of the internship conducted during the first semester of the 2025 academic year as a degree option for the Bachelor of Social Sciences degree. As part of the School Environmental Project (PRAE) and with a history dating back to 1972, the San Patricio school garden has evolved from ornamental and hydroponic crops to become a structured project with a compost bin, irrigation system, and 27 growing beds, covering approximately 210 m2.
