También permitirá centralizar la información de los contratistas y contractos, para así disminuir los tiempos de producción de informes solicitados por la institución e identidades externas. Por tanto, se desarrolló tres módulos, el primer módulo es el precontractual que permite registrar información de los contratistas, ya sean naturales o jurídicos, este módulo se va a situar en la web. El segundo módulo es el contractual, que se encarga de generar contratos y actas por un abogado, este módulos estará en la intranet. También se desarrolló un módulo administrativo que permite la asignación de tareas y la generación de archivos planos para la apoyar la creación de informes.This project consists of developing a system to streamline the contracting processes of the projects and conventions of IDEXUD, transforming the realization of manual processes to systematized and efficient processes.
