De igual forma se ha trabajado la imagen institucional con el fin de presentar a la Comunidad Académica una imagen consolidada del Sistema de Bibliotecas. El CRAI innovará en los servicios de información por medio de facilitadores que realicen acompañamiento a los usuarios en el manejo y apropiación de herramientas de búsqueda de información, este será un entorno dinámico en el que se integrarán muchos recursos que sustentarán el aprendizaje y la investigación en la Universidad mediados por un alto componente tecnológico y de espacios que hagan posible el aprendizaje y la integración de objetivos y proyectos comunes. La consecución de nuevos recursos bibliográficos electrónicos permitirá a la Universidad Distrital fortalecer la búsqueda y recuperación de información de forma activa en los grupos de investigación, así como dar respuesta a las acreditación y re-acreditaciones para los diferentes proyectos Curriculares de la Universidad. El presente informe incluye la presentación del Sistema de Bibliotecas como área, los objetivos, metas, acciones desarrolladas, indicadores del área y la propuesta de mejora.The Library System has been consolidating the technological infrastructure, the offer of information search and retrieval resources, has implemented a Web Portal that includes the offer of Online Services as the presentation of the information units that make up the System.
