Se entiende que el cuerpo es condición y posibilidad de existencia, que gracias a él es posible la comunicación y construcción subjetiva que le permite a los niños situarse en el mundo y desde allí construir procesos de intersubjetividad con los otros en espacios de socialización como la escuela, en consecuencia, dentro del objetivo de la investigación, además de indagar por las significaciones imaginarias sociales sobre cuerpo, se indaga por la incidencia que estas construcciones tienen en las interacciones de la vida escolar de los niños.The present investigation is a space that demonstrates through the children's voices the social imaginary meanings about body that have formed a second-grade children group of the Alquería de la Fragua I.E.D school, located on south west of Bogotá city.
