Para el desarrollo del documento se realizó una búsqueda exhaustiva de documentación (publicaciones, tesis y artículos nacionales e internacionales) referente al objeto de estudio esto con el fin de efectuar una recolección y clasificación que permitiera la posibilidad de elegir entre estos los que tengan mayor claridad y mejor panorama de investigación y con esto informar al lector una perspectiva clara de la metodología del valor ganado teniendo en cuenta que aunque los estándares cumplen con objetivos similares tienen diferentes enfoques del tema, en sus niveles de detalle y en la orientación de sus conceptos.The main objective of this degree work is to carry out and subsequently present to the reader a comparative analysis of the earned or known value management methodology in its acronym in english as EVM (Earned Value Management) according to the PMBOK guide 7th edition, the ANSI/EIA 748D standard and the international standard ISO 21508:2018.
