Se incluye la elaboración de mutaciones catastrales como parte integral del proceso de actualización y conservación de la información catastral, con el fin de garantizar la veracidad y fiabilidad de los registros territoriales. Finalmente, se identifican desafíos en la actualización del catastro y se proponen acciones para mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión catastral, especialmente en términos de conservación de la información y interoperabilidad de bases de datos.This degree work addresses the cadastral management and conservation of the cadastre in municipalities of Cundinamarca under the jurisdiction of the Cadastral Agency of Cundinamarca, stressing the importance of keeping the territorial information updated and accurate. The elaboration of cadastral mutations is included as an integral part of the process of updating and preserving cadastral information, in order to guarantee the veracity and reliability of territorial registries.
