La propuesta de este proyecto se centra en apoyar las actividades de interventoría como auxiliar técnico en el convenio interadministrativo 226 de 2015, desarrollando las actividades de control de obra, control de material y control de programación. Con el fin de obtener experiencia en cómo se da el manejo de personal, medir el rendimiento de los recursos y conocer el ambiente laboral que rodea las obras civiles. El proyecto se centra en reconocer las actividades que se presentan en la obra, para esto se genera un control semanal detallado en donde se enuncia la actividad, las personas que se necesitan para dicha actividad, los materiales y la metodología a realizar para hacer dicha actividad.The present project was developed in the Colegio Cooperativo Carvajal where maintenance, remodeling and adaptation work was carried out.
