Se presenta la descripción de la experiencia docente desde el plano institucional y pedagógico. Se intenta abordar una serie de observaciones situadas en el discurso de la propia práctica docente desde reflexiones interpretativas orientadas hacia las buenas prácticas de lectura y convivencia en aulas de básica primaria.This report presents, from a socio-historical perspective, the problematic elements that arise from the initial concerns during the internship experience, accompanying the implementation of the dialogical model of learning, proposed from the project Learning Communities in the IEDR the Mortiño of the municipality of Cogua -Cundinamarca. In addition, the description of the planning experience from the institutional level and the application experience from the pedagogical level is presented.
