Este análisis contempla aspectos fundamentales tales como los criterios técnicos empleados, los métodos de pronóstico, el tipo de tecnologías implementadas (sensores, radares y otros elementos) y la articulación interinstitucional entre entidades técnicas. La revisión se fundamenta en fuentes oficiales, literatura científica especializada, bibliografía de instituciones educativas y experiencias documentadas en campo, que permitan establecer una línea base, sobre la cual evaluar las condiciones técnicas y operativas.In the state of the art, the current conditions of the Early Warning Systems (SAT) implemented in Colombia are analyzed, focusing on the management of geological and hydrometeorological phenomena such as mass movements and floods. This analysis includes fundamental aspects such as the technical criteria used, forecasting methods, the type of technologies implemented (sensors, radars, and other elements), and the inter-institutional coordination between technical entities.
