Con la finalidad de identificar y minimizar los impactos ambientales como resultado de las actividades en el humedal Neuta. Con la información obtenida de fuentes primarias y secundarias, se recolecto y ordeno información, para identificar las problemáticas actuales dentro del espacio de estudio y alrededor; se desarrolló un diagnóstico técnico, ambiental y operativo que contribuye al análisis del estado actual del humedal. A partir de la elaboración de una matriz de aspectos e impactos ambientales, se identificó y valoro los diferentes impactos ambientales generados por las actividades realizadas en el humedal. Además, se determinó la calidad del agua que permite evaluar las condiciones del agua en el humedal Neuta para proponer soluciones que sirvan a la hora de la toma de decisiones enfocadas en resolver problemáticas priorizadas, que inciden en la conservación y uso de este ecosistema. Se realizó la formulación de planes y programas que tiene como objetivo mitigar los impactos a través de medidas de prevención, corrección, mitigación, compensación y protección.This degree work addresses the updating of the Environmental Management Plan (PMA) for the Neuta wetland located in the municipality of Soacha. With the purpose of identifying and minimizing environmental impacts as a result of activities in the Neuta wetland. With the information obtained from primary and secondary sources, information was collected and organized to identify current problems within the study space and around it; A technical, environmental and operational diagnosis was developed that contributes to the analysis of the current state of the wetland. Based on the development of a matrix of environmental aspects and impacts, the different environmental impacts generated by the activities carried out in the wetland were identified and assessed.
