Y que al mismo tiempo sirva como trabajo de grado para alcanzar el título correspondiente a Administrador Deportivo. En primera medida se realizó una consulta a la norma ISO 15489 que regula la gestión de documentos de las organizaciones que los han producido, ya sean públicas o privadas; esto con el fin de estandarizar el manual de SGDEAD (sistema de gestión de documentos electrónicos de administración deportiva) de acuerdo con dicha norma. Dado esto se realizó la adaptación del manual de funciones del proyecto curricular a la norma ISO 15489 y al SIGUD (Sistema integrado de gestión de la Universidad Distrital) identificando las funciones de cada subcomité y ajustando su respectivo documento para la adecuada realización de las tareas y/o funciones.The objective of this internship report is to create the Sports Administration electronic document management system for high-quality accreditation.
