Así mismo, brindar apoyo en la actualización, seguimiento y mejora de los indicadores de desempeño del SGA e indicadores de seguimiento interno, de los programas de gestión y de los formatos vinculados de los mismos. Dicho sistema este certificado bajo la norma ISO 14001:2015, que consigue que las empresas puedan demostrar que son responsables con el medio ambiente. Para llevar a cabo el objetivo principal y las tareas que este abarca se consultó, el Sistema de Gestión Integrado de la entidad y el mapa de procesos donde se contienen los diferentes documentos, formatos, normogramas, indicadores, procesos, políticas, normas y disposiciones internas. Al concluir la pasantía se espera dejar actualizado el SGA contribuyendo así a la mejora continua del mismo.This document outlines the implementation of an internship aimed at supporting the maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) of the Superintendency of Companies through the development of activities within the following management programs: • Integral management of non-hazardous solid waste • Smart use and consumption of resources and supplies (procurement) • Comprehensive management of hazardous and special-handling waste • Atmospheric emissions and noise control Additionally, the internship will assist in updating, monitoring, and improving the performance indicators of the EMS and internal tracking indicators for the management programs and their associated formats. The system is certified under the ISO 14001:2015 standard, which allows companies to demonstrate their environmental responsibility. Toachieve the main objective and carry out the related tasks, the Operations Manual, the entity’s Integrated Management System, and the process map—which contains various documents, formats, regulations, indicators, processes, policies, internal rules, and provisions will be consulted.
