Se seleccionaron aleatoriamente 62 alumnos pertenecientes a los grados 4º, 5º, de la institución educativa en mención, con los cuales se implementó la metodología durante 15 días lectivos. La metodología consistió en el desarrollo de cuatro fases (Observación, análisis, diagnóstico y prescripción) en las que los alumnos fueron actores principales de las actividades y talleres dirigidos, en dichos momentos se presentaron temáticas del eje principal: El agua como recurso vital y la importancia del humedal la Vaca. Posteriormente se observó, que todos los niños partícipes lograron abstraer las temáticas sin presentar ningún tipo de barrera; al contrario, se verificó que los alumnos reforzaron conceptos e incrementaron su conocimiento.Because of the importance that represents the environment, and taking into account that people in childhood have greater abstraction, a methodology for teaching environmental education was implemented from observation, experimentation and construction, in a group of students of the College Kennedy I.ED. headquarters B Antonia Santos. 62 were randomly selected students from grades 4, 5, of the educational institution in question, with which the methodology was implemented for 15 school days.
